RACING CANCELLED FRIDAY NIGH AT THE SUPERIOR SPEEDWAY

The gloomy day that threatened to rain on the Superior Speedway's parade all day Friday the 13th, finally did. A brief but heavy shower around 6:15 p.m. washed out the $1500 to win event for the Modifieds.

Next on the schedule is Scout and 4H night at the speedway with a five class program including Late Models, Modifieds, Midwest Modifieds, super Stocks and Street Stocks.

Racing begins with hot laps at 6:30 and racing at 7 p.m.. The speedway is located on the Head of the Lakes Fairgrounds 4700 Tower Avenue. For more information call Jeff at 218 591-3290 or check the speedway web site at www.superiorspeedway.com.
